What it costs and how long it takes
We ship with PostNL from the Netherlands. Order on a working day before 15:00 and your parcel usually goes out the same or the next working day. You get the track & trace by mail as soon as the label is made.

The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. Live somewhere else and still want to order? Mail us and we will work out the postage for you.
How it arrives
Every piece goes into a matte black bag, folded in black tissue paper and sealed with a white V. There is a matte black card with the line that belongs to this label: Once made. Never again. No plastic, no receipts in the box — the invoice is in your mail.
Not at home
A letterbox parcel fits through the door. If the parcel is too large, PostNL tries the neighbours or leaves a note with the pickup point. You can add a remark when ordering, for example that the neighbours may take it.
Damaged or not delivered
Report it within seven days with your reference number. We take it up with the carrier and either resend or refund. You do not have to prove that you did not receive something.
Returns
You can exchange or return within fourteen days. How that works is on returns.
