We read mail every working day and answer within two working days. If it is about an order, put your reference number (VA-…) in the subject line — then we do not have to go looking.
What helps us answer fastest
- Wrong size. Tell us which piece you have and which size you want; we will hold it until your parcel is back.
- Parcel did not arrive. Your reference number and the track & trace code are enough.
- Something is damaged. Send a photo along, then you do not have to return the piece first.
