Track your order

Reference number and e-mail address — that is all it takes

Your reference number starts with VA- and is in your confirmation mail and on the screen after checkout. We ask for your e-mail address as well, so nobody else can view your order with just that number.

What the statuses mean

• Received. The order is noted with us and your size has been set aside.
• Paid. The payment has arrived. With manual payment we switch this over ourselves once the amount is in the account.
• On its way. The parcel has been handed to PostNL. As soon as there is a track & trace code, it will be here.
• Delivered. Done. You can still exchange for fourteen days — see returns.

Lost your number

Mail bestellingen@vélance-archive.com with the address you ordered from, and we will look it up.
